Custom Training

Garay Artisans, Inc. welcomes interested industry members and inspired homeowners to browse this section for more information on our custom training courses.

Commercial Industry
For the commercial industry, we offer personalized and custom training to firms who already have an on-staff maintenance team but would like Garay Artisans to train them in either implementing one of our exclusive finishes or providing touch-up expertise for the maintenance of a current finish. In the alternate, some projects may simply not have the budget to have an out-of-town crew not only create a custom finish but stay in-town during the process. We provide training to your existing paint and/or maintenance crew to provide these finishes for your firm. Our custom training plan for the commercial sector involves the following:

	•	Consultation and Assessment of Training Needs
	•	Guidance in providing finishes that are relatively easy to install yet beautiful enough to work with the proposed design scheme
	•	Customized class schedule for as little as one worker or a complete crew
	•	Training for both a custom finish and/or maintenance of a custom finish
	•	Guidance in product knowledge and purchases
	•	If preferred, a small Garay Artisans team will be provided to help your crew begin a project and help tackle any equipment, tool, material and/or color and finish issues that may come up while starting the process

Residential Industry
Homeowners who have a creative streak in them and want to feel the accomplishment of a Do-It-Yourself project will love our custom training courses, decorative painting and cabinet refinishing workshops.

In the custom training courses, you pick the finishes you want to learn and we will create a specialized training course where we will teach you -- start to finish -- on how to achieve your vision. Training can be for one person or a group of friends. We will provide you with a workshop cost and a proposed date for the course. The training will come complete with an outline of the finish techniques taught in addition to information on material sources.
